No-Show/Cancellation/Reschedule/Late Arrival Policy:
“No Show” means anyone who fails to arrive for a scheduled appointment. “Same Day Cancellation” means anyone who cancels an appointment less than 24 hours before their scheduled appointment. “Late Arrival” means anyone who arrives at the spa 15 minutes after the expected arrival time for the scheduled appointment.

Policy:
It is the policy of Beautiful You Body Spa, LLC to manage and monitor appointment no-shows and late cancellations. Our goal is to provide superior service to each client in a timely manner during their appointments. However, we understand emergencies happen. Therefore, if it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients must call and speak with an employee of Beautiful You Body Spa, LLC, or leave a message at least 24 hours before their appointment time. In the event of a “Late Arrival”, Beautiful You Body Spa, LLC and its employees have the right to work with the client to reschedule the appointment for another time and/or day and/or turn the appointment to a “Same Day Cancellation”.
